Fantastic place. The website wouldn't let me book my preferred unit online but the agent on the phone was super helpful, took all my information and got everything done quick. The site itself is very clean and well laid out. The entrance and exit keypads work great!

The process of renting a storage unit through Storage Depot was seamless and easy when it came to a quick decision to move out of my apartment. They had the unit ready and available allowing me to find my lock inside the unit upon move in, making it simple. Every time I had to reach out to the manager he was very respectful and kind helping with any questions I had.

This was a very easy and pleasant process to acquire a unit from Storage Depot. We needed to find a unit in Wylie that was close by for us and our Grandson who will be deployed soon and needed to store his apartment items while gone. Storage Depot had a property quite close and the size unit to accommodate our needs. It was just a phone call to get the unit and complete the details. Very proficient!

Kevin is always very responsive when I need assistance and the rates are fantastic, especially for climate controlled units! Keep up the great work!Updated- going on 6 months, still very pleased.Updated - going on a few years. Since a bigger company bought them out they have gone up in cost, took forever to get my billing right and I can't say have gotten better than any other big company. Just being honest.I miss Kevin.

UPDATE: After posting my original review I was contacted within 24 hours and was refunded. Thank you storage depot for making this right. Caution to anyone that this company seems to pay more attention to online reviews instead of phone calls if you need to get in touch with them.Original review: Used to be a great place when it was IN Self Storage. Now it is remotely managed. Called three times and gotten no responses two times. Third time I was told manager would call me back....nothing. I cancelled my unit three months ago and they are still charging me!

i definitely recommend In Self Storage. I have rented a unit here twice in the past 5 years. The rates and specials have been the best around. It is very well maintained, quiet, and secure. But what honestly sets this apart is the manager, Kevin. He is always just so genuinely nice and has been extremely helpful with providing information about rates and online payment and any other thing I've ever needed. Not to mention being very patient with me. 🙂 That kind of customer service is appreciated more than you know!

This place has the absolute best customer service. The manager Kevin goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and exceed expectations. I was given an awesome deal when I first called. There are many other storage facilities in the area but they don’t come close to offering the deal this place will offer you. Very satisfied with the unit and service provided.

In a town that's All about community, In self storage is all about money. My wife died I couldn't handle seeing all of the painful reminders day after day, so I decided to store them until our children felt like going through them. It was close to the house, I ended up renting 3. 1 was due the 1st, I work out of town so I'm gone for weeks at a time. While working My father in law had a heart attack, I barely made it home for the funeral just enough time to run by storage grab a suit and go Kevin wouldn't allow me into a storage that was paid to grab my suit.As I was asked to be a pall bearer. Because I haven't been in town the past two weeks to pay one that was due just days ago. I told him I'd run by the bank & pay it soon as it was over, I'm in a time crunch to get to the funeral and needed a suit. "No cant do it, until you pay what you owe for the 1 storage that's past due." Could not believe that happened. So All I can say is In self storage & Kevin ARE NoT Christian friendly, at the funeral I asked everyone to pray for them.

Kevin has remained an asset to this company for his exceptional people skills. Today, again, he had to handle my aggravation with the company's not-user-friendly website. Again, he handled the situation with aplomb! I wish the company would fix the problem with the website expeditiously. I hope my review today does not put people off from having a storeroom at this company because the prices and location and services are the best! And I have had a storeroom here for over 3 years.
